Becoming Independent: Anita Barman

Anita Barman and her husband, due to their limited agricultural property were unable to feed their family of four. This situation led her husband to migrate as a laborer. But the pandemic left him jobless. During such hard time, Mrs. Barman received support in her poultry farm that helped generate long-term sustainable revenue and boost economic strength.

Milling his way to earn more: Parameshwor Roy

Parameshwor Roy, at the age of 60, used to manage all agricultural activities along with taking care of his maize mill. He desperately longed for helping hands. But since he was introduced to CASI technology like Zero Till Machine and Rice Transplanter, things have eased up for Mr. Roy. He is now able to give more attention to his household and other related works to diversify his livelihood streams.

Life-changing Technology: Dulal De Sarkar

When traditional agricultural system did not provide enough to Dulal De Sarkar to support his family, he decided to keep his land fallow and migrate to other states for better employment opportunities. When Mr. Sarkar encountered modern CASI farming technology and decided to adopt it on his land, there was no turning back for him.
